Our last week of Term 1

Thursday 13th April - Wow. Term 1 is all over. We had lots of fun during our last week.
Here are some photos for you to see.

These are our dragons masks that we have been making on Tuesday's with Mrs Ramsay. We got them all finished this week and then did the dragon dance.

 We have been building some high towers in Room 1. Miss Johnston has been really impressed with our teamwork and sharing skills.

Week 10 in Room 1

Friday 7th April - We have had such a great week in Room 1. We have had Mandarin classes, the circus has been in town, Zac brought his puppy Owa in, and our Fab Fours visitors came today. Here are some photos of our week.

We did some numbers to 10 artwork. We used paper, pompoms and felts. We have them up on our classroom wall, they look great.

Wow - Look how flexible the circus crew were! We loved having them visit us at school.

Thank you Zac for bringing Owa in to visit Room 1.

Miss Johnston brought some chestnuts into Room 1 and we talked about what they felt like, looked like and what might happen to them. Then we did some writing and we put one in a jar with some water so that it grows.
